Vinsenso Julius Pratama Husin is a pianist and conductor who was born in Semarang, Indonesia, 14th of July 1993. He attended University Pelita Harapan Conservatory of Music Jakarta, Robert Schumann university for music, Düsseldorf and University for dance and music, Cologne. On July 2019, his final master recital on piano performance, entitled “Händel and Beethoven in the eyes of Liszt” ,received the highest point with distinction. During his piano studies, he was mentored by Georg Friedrich Schenck, Paolo Giacometti, Lisa Eisner Smirnova and Dr. Johannes S. Nugroho. He has been awarded with various prizes including, first Prizes at International Clara Schumann Competition in Cologne, Steinway Competition in Düsseldorf as well as Bali Piano Competition, where he played his own composition.

Beside piano, Vinsenso has passion in orchestral Conducting. He attended his Conducting studies at the age of 16 in Musicasa, Jakarta, under the guidance of Budi Utomo Prabowo, current chief conductor of Jakarta City Philharmonic. During this time he has conducted concerts with orchestras such as Twilight Youth Orchestra, with Repertoire like Mozart and Faure’s Requiem. He was also invited as one of the conductor at Salihara new music Festival. Currently he pursues his Conducting Studies with prof. Alexander Rumpf in Cologne. He has conducted orchestras such as Philharmonie Südwestfallen and Meininger Hofkapelle with both Symphonic and Operatic Repertoires. He was appointed as conductor in Youth Orchestra in the city of Wesel. Vinsenso was also a recipient of various scholarships such as UPH platinum scholarship, DAAD and Yehudi Menuhin Live Music.Now.
